Hilton Garden Inn - Addison is Hiring a Front Desk Agent Near Addison, IL

The Hilton Garden Inn - Addison, IL has immediate openings for Front Desk Agents/Receptionists. Front Desk shifts are mornings 7am-3pm and/or nights 3pm-11pm. Currently, we are mostly looking to fill in the 3pm-11pm shifts. Weekend and holiday shifts are REQUIRED.

The Front Desk/Reception Agent is responsible for greeting customers, making reservations, checking-in and checking-out guests, listening and responding to requests, and providing accurate information such as hotel amenities, nearby restaurants, and local attractions.

Job Requirements:
*Excellent guest service skills.
*Proficiency in the English language both verbal and written.
*Computer literacy.
